Absolutely excellent presentation Mark,,,,!!! Totally professional at every step of the preparation, with no detail left unexplained,,,,!!! And the result,?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Well, need anybody say more,,,,!!! Thank you,,,,!!!
This guy isn't a chef. He's a god damn scientist. Everything was trimmed and he used like quantum physics. I think he even figured out the hypotenuse of a carrot....
And i thought i was a good cook, this chef is fantastic, very relaxed and informative. All that needs to be done now, is add some expensive eqiupment to the kitchen and start practising.
getting some fresh rabbits today, Will try something easier than this since I dont have all thous fancy equipment in my kitchen. The cannelloni looks doable.
I am disappointed to learn from this video that my ambition to cook rabbit is pointless. In New Haven's astonishing Italian specialty market, they only have FROZEN RABBIT. In the Lansing, Michigan area, where I sometimes live, THEY ONLY SELL FROZEN RABBIT. Obviously anyone interested in cooking a FROZEN RABBIT is a fool. Thanks for the information!!!
absolutely amazing work, it takes a lot of patience to prepare a meal like this, great job Gary.
WOW!!!

Encroyable! Just watching this makes me feel like I eat like a monk on a mountain, doing penance or focusing on spiritual attainment. Sybaritic!

This guy left Andre's like two years ago but a similar dish is still on the menu, it costs $44
Wow. Fancy. It's a shame to learn that all my frozen rabbits are going to taste like ass. But, then, I ain't a chef, so they'll probably be just fine.
Try a hossenfeffer it's really good
Like they said: A 1 plus cooking. Thanks.
p.s, so sorry, its a good job. well Done. and i believe delicious to taste for sure, Mercy.
Wow, it's perfect . I love it ....
This is ok and a good example for American. We have more love for it here in Europe.
Did you cook the carrot before honey glazing it or left it to cook from the pot?
Looks tasty, bet its expensive.

there 10 dollars at the pet shop
that rabbit is cooked 4 times. If the e.h.o found out I was heating meat 4 times before I served it he would kick my arse.
Apologies to you Chef, I uploaded a comment referring to you as 'Mark' - it should have been 'Gary',,,,!!!
Well done. certainly not a recipe for the home cook.
I do believe this is delicious but, sorry - far away from canneloni.
